Since childhood, I have been fascinated by medicine and the incredible way our bodies are built; hence, I became a medical doctor. However, after graduating from the Medical University of Innsbruck (Austria), I haven’t quite followed a straight path in my life. You know, life just happens sometimes. I worked in the surgical field (abdominal and visceral surgery, plastic and reconstructive surgery) across Germany and Denmark. Although I was always passionate about surgery, my curiosity led me to explore other fields of Life Sciences. Currently, I am pursuing my Master of Science degree in Artificial Intelligence and Digital Health at the University of Westminster in London. I enjoy expanding my horizons through lifelong learning and I am driven by a deep desire to have a positive impact on this world in my lifetime. Even in this new era of Artificial Intelligence, I deeply believe that human interactions are a core key for development. With this blog, I wish to foster human connections and understanding – exploring scientific and medical topics of interest to everyone.
